Much of Portland’s charm comes from the cloudy, misty days, and Charlotte and Andrew’s wedding day involved getting cozy as the rain fell from the sky. When Andrew saw Charlotte for the first time on their wedding day, he couldn’t stop smiling.

Charlotte and Andrew’s closest friends and family, along with their big dog, Moose, gathered at Blockhouse before their wedding ceremony for champagne and appetizers. During the ceremony, rain tapped on the roof of the tarp in Pomarius Nursery, and you could feel total happiness as they exchanged vows.

Blockhouse provided an intimate space and kitchen for the wedding guests during cocktail hour, and everyone stayed dry under the open-air canopy.

For their reception, Brier and Ivy helped transform Pomarius Nursery into a candlelit, green oasis, and Charlotte and Andrew laughed as their toasters shared memories from days past.

The evening ended with dances, and the rain continued to fall. It seems as though this time and space was meant for that Pacific Northwest mist. Congratulations, Charlotte and Andrew!
