Waverley Country Club Wedding / Portland, Oregon

Allana has spent days and evenings and seasons with her family at Waverley Country Club. This golf club in Portland, Oregon holds incredibly special meaning to her, especially since she remembers the times she’s spent with her dad on the golf course. On Allana and Rob’s wedding day, Ted was honored on with a white rose seated next to Allana’s mom.

As the rain came and went during their wedding ceremony, umbrellas opened, then closed, then opened again. Water falling from the sky added sweetness and hilarity to the vow exchange, and the rain was a blessing. Everyone loved it. Oregon being Oregon.

Some other sweet moments from the wedding day included a first look with Allana’s bridesmaids, Rob playing a round of golf on the morning of his wedding, cocktails in honor of Allana’s father, guests leaving voice messages en lieu of a guestbook, and a vintage getaway car belonging to Allan’s grandfather. This wedding was classic and timeless, but still infused many fun, unique elements true to Allana and Rob.

Allana wore a beautiful gown from The White Dress, paired with the veil Allana’s mom and grandma wore on their wedding days. Rob wore a white suit jacket and black pants from The Black Tux. Anna at Mimosa Floral Co. created a beautiful floral arch at the top of the wedding aisle (it was amazing to watch her in action!), and Design Band got everyone in the mood for boogying at the end of the evening. Carisa with Adornment Events kept everything flowing on the day of the wedding, and of course, Waverley Country Club hosted the bride, groom, and all of their wedding guests with the Willamette River as a backdrop.
